SysML is an
extension to UML that supports systems modelling. It uses some existing UML
notation and introduces four new diagram types: requirements, block
definition, internal block and parametric. These all combine to provide

effects of project risks in software development projects at the Metrikon
conference in Germany.
The paper was co-authored by Klaus Jantzen of
K+K Jantzen Software Services and Gillian Adens and Robert Armstrong of
Tassc. We have permission from the conference organisers to publish this
